Learn about the resources available through Dialogue to help you along your wellness journey and be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a prize!

Kindness is Sweet: How Can You Sprinkle It? 

In honour of World Kindness Day, share what you’re grateful for or what makes you kind on the Gratitude Wall. It’s a simple way to spread positivity—and your entry could win you a prize. 

Feelings Wheel 

Spin the wheel, land on an emotion, and share something about it. Whether it’s joy, sadness, or excitement, our team will connect you with Dialogue programs and resources to support your emotional well-being (free for Mohawk College students).  

Exploring the Transformative Practice of Mindfulness

Take a break from your day to breathe, reset, and refocus. Join us for one of two interactive sessions in The MSA Boardroom (G111) where you will learn the life-changing practice of mindfulness.

  • Session One: 12:10 pm - 12:55 pm 
  • Session Two: 1:05 pm to 1:50 pm 

Learn how to navigate the world more mindfully - at school, home, and work. We’ll see you at All the Feels.
