We are warmly inviting students and community members to discover the Mohawk Mindfulness Club – a new space created with care, intention, and a deep belief that everyone deserves moments of calm, connection, and support.

The Mohawk Mindfulness Club meets once per month in varying locations on and off campus, offering a welcoming environment to de-stress, unwind, and explore mindfulness in ways that feel meaningful and accessible. Each gathering may include guided meditation, creative expression, thoughtful conversation, guest speakers, or simple opportunities to connect with others who are seeking peace, balance, or understanding during challenging seasons.

Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or have practiced for years, you are welcome here. This club exists as a safe and gentle space, one where curiosity is encouraged, hope is nurtured, and no one has to navigate stress or struggle alone.
