Challenges That Students Face

Among young adults and students, challenges like stress, anxiety, and depression are increasingly common. College life brings exciting opportunities, but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, and change—all of which can impact our mental wellbeing.

That is why days like World Mental health Day are so important. They remind us to check in with ourselves, reach out to others, and use the support available in our community.
