What is an Annual Meeting of the Members (AMM)?
An Annual Meeting of the Members (AMM) is a formal gathering of the association's (that's us!) general membership (that's you!) - typically all students are automatically members by paying student fees. The AMM is required by the association's bylaws (along with provincial legislation) and happens once a year to ensure transparency, accountability, and member participation in the MSA’s governance.
The AMM is an important way for the MSA to stay accountable to our members and ensure students have a direct voice in shaping the direction of THEIR student government.
