Coffee in hand and always on the move — Ty is the MSA’s Special Events Manager. He plays a key role in bringing students together throughout the year, helping to plan and support events that build connection, community, and unforgettable campus moments.
Ty is happiest when he’s around good people, good music and sports — and if he could spend endless time on a hobby, it would definitely be becoming a semi-pro curler. His dream hangout? Swapping stories with stand-up comedian Mike Birbiglia. And if superpowers were real, he’s all in on time travel (probably to catch that concert or game he just missed).
Friendly, grounded, and always up for a good conversation, Ty brings care and energy to everything he does to make student life at Mohawk College feel fun, welcoming, and connected.
